Useful Characters But Keyboard Dependent Exercise
If you found the symbols confusing, then this last set of symbols are really going to test your skills.
Most people will not use them that often and probably are on the lowest usage frequency scale (unless if you are a programmer).
They may be infrequently used, but they can come in handy, especially for web addresses and internet usage. Because their positions can vary a lot from keyboard to keyboard, it is best
to use this lesson to help you practise them for your own keyboard.
We have included only those characters which won't break your practise, as some may not be available on your keyboard (e.g. the Pound £ sign).
Start with your fingers on the Home Row (Row 3) with your middle finger over number 5.
As a guide to where you are currently are, always return to the Row 3 when you are not typing.
If you need help with the finger's chart, please review the First Lesson.
